First Active 365 are currently looking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses to provide person centred care to clients within local Residential Homes and Nursing Homes nationwide.
You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including; personal care, medications, daily activities and assisting residents to lead a more fulfilled life.
Experience required
- You must have at least 6 months experience in a similar role
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to understand as well as be understood
- RGN/RMN OT RNLD valid NMC pin number
- Relevant training certificates

The Role
- Help service users to undertake personal tasks
- Dealing with and planning medication for service users
- Conducting daily activities and assist residents to lead a more fulfilled life
- Using equipment to lift and move service users
- Notifying of any worrying/abnormal temperatures, pulse rates, or respiration rates
