I am an experienced Complex Care Operations Manager with a passion for providing exceptional care to people with complex needs. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I have a good understanding of the unique challenges that come with managing complex homecare operations.

Its great to be part of a forward-thinking organisation with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing the best possible care, by the best possible staff. They are always looking for new ways to improve their services, and I am excited to be here!

NHS Recruitment Consultant

I work in our NHS division as a consultant for Mental Health Nursing and Support Workers. My main focus is within the NHS, but I do also provide staff for private healthcare, providing top quality staff and support.

Continuously developing my knowledge and involvement in the mental health space is something I feel passionately about. I volunteer for Shout UK a crisis text line that supports those who are experiencing difficulties or crises from a mental health perspective.

I’m keen to be part of breaking down the stigma around mental health and to support my staff in providing hospitals with the best care possible.
