First Active 365 understand that UK GDPR requires organisation’s to provide certain information to all Data Subjects about how First Active 365 processes data. First Active 365 has determined that the simplest and most effective way to provide the required information is by issuing privacy policies.

First Active 365 understands that the processing of personal data it carries out in respect of its staff and employees will differ from the processing of personal data it carries out in respect of external clients, contacts and Service Users.

First Active 365 will, therefore, produce and circulate at least two privacy policies, one to employees and another to external contacts and Service Users.
